2. How do pre-order items work?
Pre-order items are paid for in full at the time of purchase, with a 10% discount applied. As we primarily work with emerging designers and slow-fashion brands, each brand has its own production times. Please note that some pre-order items are eligible for returns, and these details can be found in the product description.

4. Will my items arrive together?
As we source products from different regions and brands, your order may arrive in separate packages at different times. Rest assured; we will do our best to ensure your experience is as seamless as possible.

Duties will be charged during checkout, and we ensure you have a clear breakdown of all fees. Once the checkout process is complete, no additional charges will apply.

8. How much does it cost to return an item?
Returns incur a flat fee of $30 USD, which is subject to review. The return cost will be deducted from your refund, and the remaining balance will be reimbursed once the item is received and processed.
