Returns Policy

Please note: each product will indicate whether it is eligible for return, which can be found in the product description under the Shipping & Returns section. A flat return fee of $30 USD applies, which will be deducted from your total purchase. The remaining balance will be refunded once the item has been returned and processed. Kindly be advised that faulty items cannot be accepted.

A return label will be provided for your convenience.

Footwear: When trying on footwear for the first time, we kindly ask that clean socks be worn. Please ensure you test the footwear on a carpeted surface to avoid damaging the soles. The dust bag and/or shoe box must be returned alongside the footwear, in its original condition. To prevent damage during transit, please ensure the shoe box is placed inside a shipping box.

Intimate Apparel and Swimwear: These items must be returned unworn, with the original hygienic protection sticker still intact. This applies to lingerie, hosiery, underwear, swimsuits, bikini bottoms, and similar items.

Apparel: All original tags must remain attached to the garment(s). Please be mindful of deodorant, makeup, or perfume that may rub off, and take care with jewelry that may catch or tear the fabric.
